2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, weights, colours, HSN codes and images on this site are provided in good faith. Natural agricultural products may show minor variation in colour, aroma or coarseness across crop seasons — this does not constitute a defect.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications and offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we successfully receive full payment and issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) in cases including — but not limited to — pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or serviceability limits on your delivery address.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner, Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), domestic credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Netbanking and select wallets. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or CVV on our servers.

7. Use of the Website

9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that our products are food-grade, safe for human consumption when stored as directed on the pack, and comply with applicable FSSAI regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
